BOOKING Terms AND Conditions for The Copse
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. By purchasing a ticket to a Supper Club or Sunday Lunch at The Copse, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.
Allergies and dietary requirements
We ask that you inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can safely cater for you. We are happy to accommodate medical allergies and dietary requirements with advance notice. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for preferences. If you are pescatarian, a vegetarian menu will be provided.
Please note: whilst we do not produce flour on-site, we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment for guests with Coeliac disease.
Safety on the Estate
The Raynham Estate is a working farm. Please be mindful of livestock, farm vehicles, electric fencing, uneven terrain, and open water.
Guests may enjoy the space immediately surrounding The Copse and marked footpaths only. We ask that guests do not venture beyond these areas. The exclusivity of the experience is enhanced by this access — please help us preserve that sense of place.
Staff may be working during your visit and are always happy to share insights about the estate’s projects if approached respectfully.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside The Copse due to the open kitchen and food preparation areas. Certified assistance dogs are welcome. If bringing a dog to the estate, please keep them on a lead at all times.
Children at The Copse
We warmly welcome families to our Supper Club evenings and Sunday Lunches at The Copse. These are shared, slow-paced dining experiences designed to be savoured, and we recommend them for older children (aged 10 and above) who can enjoy the relaxed rhythm of the event.
Please note that there is no children’s menu, and the full ticket price applies unless arranged in advance.
As the Raynham Estate is a working farm, children must be supervised at all times. The environment includes machinery, livestock, and open water, and is not suited to unsupervised play. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour. The estate accepts no liability for injuries or damages resulting from unsupervised access.
Liability
Raynham Estate accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings, vehicles, or vehicle contents during your visit. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, whether caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, contractors, or agents — excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Guests are expected to adhere to all safety guidance set out in these terms and issued by staff during your visit.
