Hall Farm Barns*
A rare opportunity has arisen to occupy one of three unique commercial premises situated just off the A1065 in East Raynham. The premises offer good links to the A47 (Norwich, London, The Midlands) and are at the gateway to North Norfolk.
The units comprise one newly built, steel-framed warehouse/industrial unit of around 4700 sq ft and two brick and flint former agricultural buildings, one of which has been refurbished to a shell and core finish.
Unit 1 – Hall Farm Barns (approx. 4700 sq. ft.)
This brand-new steel-framed warehouse/industrial unit would be ideally suited to a distillery or brewery, subject to obtaining the necessary consents.
Unit 2 – Hall Farm Barns – North Range (approx. 2000 sq. ft.)
